The location was stunning, close to Florence, Siena, San Gimi as well as the mountains of San Baranto and easily accessible. Furthermore, on top of the hill with amazing view from the roof top.
Disappointing aspect was tiny bathroom.

OUTSTANDING location and jaw-dropping views! The warm and welcoming host, Rachele, goes above and beyond to cater to your every need. The hotel has a relaxed and professionally run atmosphere. The pool area is super with a view that will leave you speechless. The bar serves ice cold beers and snacks. Stefano's homemade and local version of Michelin quality food is a must-try. The restaurant offers breathtaking views. Bellavista exceeded our expectations and we plan to return in the future!

We stayed at Bellavista for a week and it was lovely. Rachele, one of the owners, was enthusiastic and helpful. The rooftop terrace offers a great dinner experience with stunning sunset views. The pool is amazing, cleaned daily, and boasts perfect views. The breakfast selection was excellent with the option of sweet or savory dishes, or both. The town itself is cute, with great local restaurants and a must-try pie at the café below the B&B. Free parking is available throughout the town.
